About Helen
Helen Lynam has a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy, obtained at the College of Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management based in Wokingham (affiliated to Middlesex University).
Helen is a Master NLP practitioner, and has undertaken further NLP training specialising in weight issues, and has studied with the National Centre for Eating disorders.
She is a a senior associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine and is a full member of BANT (British Association of Nutritional Therapists), IFM (the Institute of Functional Medicine) and the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). With a PGChE, Helen also delivers training and is a Performance Coach with Tignum Gmbh.
